Pairing Champagne with the rich, intricate flavours of Indian cuisine is no easy feat, yet it is precisely this challenge that inspires us. Since opening our doors in 2003, it has been our ethos to redefine perceptions of Indian cuisine and to continually push boundaries.

A special note of gratitude goes to Martin Heidsieck, sixth-generation member of the Heidsieck family, who so graciously hosted the evening and expertly guided our guests through this extraordinary gastronomic journey.

For this exclusive dinner, it was our mission to ensure each dish from Benares was thoughtfully curated to harmonise with the elegance of Pol Roger Champagne, creating a truly immersive culinary experience.
