As the festive season approaches, we invite you to indulge in a unique dining experience, featuring curries, scallops, naan and a pinch of Christmas magic!
Christmas is a time for giving but it’s also a time for feasting. Gather with family, friends or colleagues and join us for a suitably festive Indian feast, served in a relaxed and intimate setting in the heart of Mayfair.
Come together this festive season and celebrate in style at Benares. From 17th November till 31st December, enjoy our three Festive Party Menus, perfect for getting together with friends. For the main event itself, the restaurant will open its doors Christmas Day for lunch, offering an exclusive Tasting Menu.
Benares will be fully open for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day, the 25th of December.
Lunch - 12:00 to 14:30
Dinner - 17:30 to 21:30
Benares has 4 private dining rooms, three of which are around the lounge:
the Berkeley Room which seats up to 16 guests, the Sommelier’s Room which seats up to 10 guests and a Chef’s Table overlooking the kitchen which seats up to 8 guests.
Our largest private dining area, the Dover Room seating up to 36 guests is on the other side of the main dining room.
Benares can be hired for exclusive events such as corporate functions, product launches and personal celebrations. Our events and hospitality team helps tailor each event to the needs of the client to ensure an exceptional experience. Benares can accommodate 100 guests for a sit-down dinner and 250 guests for a standing reception.
