We are delighted to share with our patrons and followers that one of our own, Chef Rehana Parveen was featured in Darpan Magazine recently. A pastry chef at Benares, Rehana has been with us since 2022 and is an integral member of our amazing team.
Ever - eager to learn and grow, she strives to push the boundaries of her craft tirelessly, and experiment with the purpose of enriching her craft.
The feature consists of two recipes of her own creations named Chocolate Sensation & Apple Tart. Having tried both, we can tell you that both are incredibly delicious and are a testament to her skill and passion for the culinary arts.
